Encryption | JumpSeat uses industry best practices to protect your communications and data. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 using the strongest cryptographic ciphers. JumpSeat also uses MongoDB Atlas to encrypt at the database level, meaning your data is safe whether it’s being stored or utilized.
Service level agreements | Our Enterprise-level Service Level Agreements guarantees 99.9% uptime with attentive help desk support.
Testing | The JumpSeat team runs static security testing as well as comprehensive user acceptance testing before any updates are released to you.
Data Storage | LeapPoint does not store your data on unencrypted portable media or devices and we do not capture personally identifiable information (PII). Your data is unreachable from third parties.
Access Management | Access to systems and data is restricted based on roles and multifactor authentication. Those not intentionally assigned a user role cannot view any data or materials. All accesses are monitored and logged.
Data Location | Application data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Currently the availability zone is located on West Coast and JumpSeat 2.0 will expand this to one new East Coast location– your request will be sent to the nearest location.
Plug-ins and Connectors | The JumpSeat browser extension is available only for modern browsers which offer the best security: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not offered as a supported browser. JumpSeat can also be enabled directly in proprietary applications by embedding a line of Javascript.
SSO (SAML) | JumpSeat 2.0 offers compatibility with with your SAML 2.0 identity provider. This means that JumpSeat plugs in easily to your existing SSO solution.
