There are two* types of JumpSeat users:

1. JumpSeat Administrative User: users with a dedicated login to https://yourinstance.jumpseat.io.
   – JumpSeat Administrators
   – JumpSeat Application Administrators
   – Guide Authors
2.  JumpSeat End User:  users without a dedicated login to yourinstance.jumpseat.io .  The users leveraging JumpSeat Guide content on hosted applications.   By default, end users of JumpSeat belong to the Application User (Guest User) role of an Application.  Application Users have access to guides that are not aligned to custom Roles.

NOTE:  * A JumpSeat Administrative User may also be a JumpSeat Application user.  In this case, this person exists in JumpSeat at least TWICE: once as a JumpSeat User (with a dedicated login to https://yourinstance.jumpseat.io) and once or more as a JumpSeat End User of any applications that are hosted by https://yourinstance.jumpseat.io
