Once JumpSeat has been installed for a JumpSeat User (either via Browser extension or code snippet in a hosted application), JumpSeat automatically provisions the JumpSeat user in JumpSeat and identifies the user EITHER based on:
- The user’s unique Hosted Application ID (if UserName Mapping Configuration has been performed), OR,
- The generic username (guest@jumpseat.io)
NOTE: Regardless of how a new JumpSeat End User is identified, the user will automatically belong to the default “Application User” Role (Guest User).
