This is a timesaving tool where you can enter the name, email, and hosted application of many users at once for bulk import.

1. Login to JumpSeat to reveal the application landing page, or click the Home button from the main menu
2. Select User icon from the main navigation on the left hand side
3. Click the “Import Users” button at the top of the user table
4. Select Download Template from the dropdown menu
5. The blank .csv file will download
